The incumbent manages the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Crisis Team, Crisis-Bed Unit (Oasis House), and PIP bed while promoting consistency across the agency’s crisis services. This role includes oversight of clinical and operational functions to ensure timely and effective responses to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting program development and maintenance, coordinating with community providers, and overseeing daily operations of the crisis-bed unit, PIP bed and the care of clients . The incumbent may also provide direct clinical services to a small caseload, as needed.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
Required: Master’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in emergency service management
Preferred: Master’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in emergency service management
License/Certifications
Required: Certified by the State of Vermont as a Qualified Mental Health Professional
Preferred: Licensed, or working toward licensure, in the State of Vermont as LCMHC, LICSW, Psychologist (doctorate or master’s level)
Skills Required
