LCMHS is seeking an Oasis House Manager to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of Oasis House, our crisis-bed unit within the Behavioral Health Division. This position is responsible for program development and maintenance, staff supervision, and ensuring quality services are provided to individuals experiencing persistent and chronic mental illness.


Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the crisis-bed unit

• Provide supervision and support to program staff

• Assist with program development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance

• Collaborate within the Behavioral Health Division to ensure continuity and quality of care

• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications:


Required:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field OR BSN

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with persistent and chronic mental illness


Preferred:

• 2 additional years of experience working with individuals with persistent and chronic mental illness

• 2 years of supervisory experience

• Licensed in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field OR licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont

Skills Required
