Job Overview
The Employment Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and success of the employment program, ensuring high-quality services that support individuals in achieving meaningful and sustainable employment. This role oversees job development, vocational assessment, job placement, on-the-job training, and ongoing follow-up services for program participants.
The Employment Coordinator also provides supervision, training, and support to Employment Specialists and Job Coaches, ensuring compliance with program standards and best practices. Working collaboratively with employers, community partners, individuals served, and internal teams, this position promotes positive employment outcomes while fostering skill development, independence, and long-term job retention.
