Guide clients through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing use of the KODE OS platform. Deliver customized training and close-out packages, conduct follow-ups, measure operational improvements and ROI, gather feedback, resolve support issues, and coordinate with engineering, Mission Control, and deployment teams to improve implementation standards and client outcomes.

Provides technical support to sales teams during RFPs, client meetings, demos, and pre-sales discussions. Develops proposals, technical architectures, budgets, and demo environments for smart building projects. Integrates building devices and systems into KODE OS by assessing network infrastructure, configuring Niagara devices and stations, managing VPN and reverse proxy connections, enabling APIs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting testing and UAT, and coordinating with clients, vendors, engineers, and project managers. The role also maintains discrepancy reports, reviews vendor quotes, documents lessons learned, and supports smooth project delivery.

Drive new business in the United Kingdom by identifying opportunities, presenting KODE Labs solutions, managing proposals, negotiating deals, closing new customers, and onboarding them to the KODE OS platform. The role targets real estate owners, REITs, developers, and corporations, requiring product expertise, strategic opportunity planning, competitor awareness, strong presentations, and effective pipeline development.

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you'll oversee integration of building devices into KODE OS, manage networks, configure integrations, and collaborate with clients and teams to solve complex technical issues.

Manage integrations for smart buildings by coordinating clients, vendors, and internal teams; define scope, maintain project plans and documentation, run meetings, report status, resolve technical roadblocks, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and timelines.
