Guide clients through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing use of the KODE OS platform. Deliver customized training and close-out packages, conduct follow-ups, measure operational improvements and ROI, gather feedback, resolve support issues, and coordinate with engineering, Mission Control, and deployment teams to improve implementation standards and client outcomes.

Provides technical support to sales teams during RFPs, client meetings, demos, and pre-sales discussions. Develops proposals, technical architectures, budgets, and demo environments for smart building projects. Reads construction plans, control schematics, and specifications; analyzes RFIs and RFPs; and applies building controls, hardware, software, and communication protocol expertise to customer solutions. Supports customers, resolves service issues, and travels to customer sites approximately 25% of the time.

Integrates building devices and systems into KODE OS by assessing network infrastructure, configuring Niagara devices and stations, managing VPN and reverse proxy connections, enabling APIs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting testing and UAT, and coordinating with clients, vendors, engineers, and project managers. The role also maintains discrepancy reports, reviews vendor quotes, documents lessons learned, and supports smooth project delivery.
