Provides multidisciplinary intelligence analysis and systems support for U.S. Army, combatant command, and Intelligence Community missions. Supports research and development, technology integration, capability-gap identification, intelligence requirements, system acquisition, and operational support. Manages classified and SCI data, evaluates emerging capabilities, develops project objectives and risk assessments, and briefs senior military and civilian leaders. The role is forward deployed, supports military operations, and requires occasional travel and active TS/SCI clearance.

Designs, architects, maintains, and troubleshoots Ethernet and virtual networks supporting mission systems. Responsibilities include network security, segmentation, firewalls, performance monitoring, automation scripting, configuration control, cybersecurity compliance, and collaboration with engineering and cybersecurity teams. Provides daily customer support, communicates architecture to stakeholders, and may travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations. Requires an ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree, 12+ years of experience, and U.S. citizenship; Secret clearance is preferred.

Manages engineering personnel, including recruiting, evaluations, retention, career development, mentoring, resource allocation, and performance feedback. Supports program execution, business development, process improvement, organizational metrics, cost management, and resolution of functional and programmatic issues. Requires a related bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and potential ability to obtain a security clearance.

Supports cybersecurity architecture, risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, RMF compliance, and accreditation activities for wearable and sensor-based systems. Develops cybersecurity documentation and strategies, supports IATT and ATO efforts, and protects system data. The role requires DoD cybersecurity and NIST knowledge, an engineering or science bachelor’s degree, and an active Top Secret clearance. The position is contingent upon contract award.

Supports the development, integration, testing, analysis, validation, and operational transition of wearable and biosensor technologies for DoD applications. Focuses on physiological monitoring systems, sensor performance, data outputs, human performance applications, prototype development, and testing in operational or laboratory environments.

Leads electronics development, testing, fabrication, and supplier coordination. Designs and reviews PCB technical data, schematics, layouts, and related documentation. Develops verification, validation, quality, rework, and repair procedures; supports lab testing and inspections. Performs signal, power, FPGA, PFMEA, RCCA, and FRACAS analysis, recommends design improvements, and supports research and development. Collaborates within multidisciplinary product teams and contributes to electronic product manufacturing and validation.

Lead systems engineering activities across acquisition, development, integration, test, and sustainment for Air Force programs. Conduct trade studies, risk management per SEAM, requirements analysis in DOORS/Launchpad, system validation, and prepare technical reports and briefings. Support Agile/DevSecOps environments and collaborate with government and contractor teams.

Develops and optimizes master production schedules by balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, raw materials, equipment, staffing, and outside processing. Coordinates planning with engineering, program management, inventory, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service teams. Integrates manufacturing orders, identifies schedule gaps, drives corrective solutions, leads forecasting meetings, and reports scheduling performance metrics to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Manage and deliver CDRL/SDRL contractual data throughout the contract lifecycle: establish processes, maintain document control, coordinate stakeholders, track schedules and metrics, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/DIDs, support audits, and produce dashboards and reports.

Perform field maintenance on military aircraft, interpret technical manuals, wire diagrams and engineering drawings, install aerospace fasteners, maintain tools and inventory, document maintenance in military/digital records, and travel for extended deployments.

Design and model complex aerospace parts (lofted geometry) in NX/SolidWorks, perform and interpret FEA, design manufacturing/repair tooling, reverse-engineer parts with Faro/Keyence/Verisurf, support AS9100/ISO9001 quality activities, update work instructions, aid program managers as project engineer, and contribute technical content for proposals.

Perform maintenance and inspections on military aircraft as a field technician, interpret technical manuals and schematics, install wire harnesses and aerospace fasteners, maintain tools, inventory, and shop equipment, and comply with safety and company policies while traveling to varied locations.

Lead DoD program acquisition and execution efforts, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Support contract development and source selection, conduct program health and risk analyses, maintain acquisition reporting, and coordinate lifecycle logistics, mission planning, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with DoD/USAF acquisition policies and improve processes.

Perform systems engineering across lifecycle phases, translate DoD requirements into system requirements, conduct electrical engineering analyses and lifecycle cost evaluations, support test & evaluation planning/execution, and provide engineering support for FMS and acquisition activities for ground radar and related DoD systems.

Develop and implement CNC programs for multi-axis machining, estimate costs, define processes, design fixturing in CAD, set up and operate machines, troubleshoot and improve programs, mentor technicians, support project documentation and testing.

Support proposal development by proofreading and copy editing proposals, solicitations, presentations, and marketing materials. Check grammar, formatting, consistency, headings, acronyms, and cross-references. Assist with Word and PowerPoint formatting, version control, and final quality-control reviews. Collaborate with proposal teams, learn government contracting proposal processes, protect sensitive information, and accept editorial feedback. On-site in Byron, GA; part-time (15–25 hrs/wk) or full-time for summer interns.

Lead systems engineering design, analysis, MBSE modeling, and test execution for DoD/aircraft-related systems. Perform simulations, technical writing, reviews, mentorship, and collaborate with engineering leadership.
