Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D solid/surface models, identify manufacturing and design issues, support CNC file development, assist engineers and project managers with documentation, testing, and reverse-engineering using incomplete data, and update designs based on feedback.

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes while enforcing AS9100D/ISO9001 quality standards. Lead nonconformance tracking, FMEA and root-cause corrective actions, tooling and inspection implementations, work instruction creation and audits, and coordinate between engineering, technicians, and ERP for execution. Support process development, troubleshooting, cost reduction, and timely deliverables for aerospace/DoD contracts.

Support program managers with budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, earned value analysis, contract/pricing review, cost/schedule baselines, variance analysis, and project cost control using ERP tools (Unanet) and Excel.

Serve as technical lead for the quality management system; develop, implement, and validate manufacturing quality processes; perform audits, DFMEA/PFMEA and SPC; create QA plans; manage nonconformances and corrective actions; collaborate with supply chain, program management, and engineering; use inspection tools and CAD/CAM to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement.

Install, configure, operate, and maintain MS SQL Server databases; implement monitoring, performance tuning, backup and disaster recovery; conduct capacity and availability audits; support database policies, documentation, and cloud database work; collaborate with developers and stakeholders and evaluate new database technologies.

Develop compliant pricing proposals and cost estimates for RFPs/RFQs/BAAs. Build and maintain Excel-based pricing models, prepare labor/material/subcontract/travel estimates, perform cost and profitability analysis, support BOE and proposal narratives, coordinate cross-functionally, verify pricing accuracy, and support negotiations and internal reviews.

Lead a large, complex engineering and manufacturing weapon-system program: manage multiple sub-programs and cross-functional teams, coordinate with Government program office, develop program plans/budgets/schedules, ensure contractual deliverables, report to senior leadership, mentor junior PMs, support proposals and capture activities, and manage risk, cost, schedule, and performance.

Lead flight test engineering for aircraft subsystems: plan, integrate, verify/validate, perform risk and trade studies, resolve complex electrical and embedded software issues, evaluate airworthiness and cybersecurity of modifications, and develop failure modes and test requirements.

Provide administrative support to leadership including scheduling, correspondence, file and suspense management, vendor quotes, purchase requests, corporate card management, travel arrangements, and tracking CDRL deliverables while ensuring accuracy, configuration control, and timely submission of reports and contract deliverables.

Lead systems engineering design, analysis, MBSE modeling, and test execution for DoD/aircraft-related systems. Perform simulations, technical writing, reviews, mentorship, and collaborate with engineering leadership.

Design, implement, and test complex electrical/electronic aircraft systems, create wiring diagrams and schematics, perform technical analyses, update legacy system documentation, lead technical reviews, ensure safety/OSHA/ESD compliance, collaborate with program teams, and support component validation/verification and risk assessments.

Design and analyze aircraft components and tooling, create ASME-compliant drawings from 3D models, perform FEA, manage vendors and projects, support QA (ISO9001/AS9100D/NADCAP), write build/inspection instructions, and assist production under senior engineer supervision.

Lead systems engineering activities across acquisition, development, integration, test, and sustainment for Air Force programs. Conduct trade studies, risk management per SEAM, requirements analysis in DOORS/Launchpad, system validation, and prepare technical reports and briefings. Support Agile/DevSecOps environments and collaborate with government and contractor teams.

Lead and advise DoD acquisition and development programs, managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Support RFP and contract documentation, produce briefings and statutory reports, maintain acquisition tools and schedules, and coordinate across government and prime contractors to ensure program alignment and successful mission execution.

Design and model complex aerospace parts (lofted geometry) in NX/SolidWorks, perform and interpret FEA, design manufacturing/repair tooling, reverse-engineer parts with Faro/Keyence/Verisurf, support AS9100/ISO9001 quality activities, update work instructions, aid program managers as project engineer, and contribute technical content for proposals.

Support general accounting tasks including reviewing expense reports, travel vouchers, and corporate card transactions; ensure regulatory compliance and accurate coding; assist with month-end close, reconciliations, system administration, CAPEX tracking, prepaid reconciliations, debt/lease amortization entries, and subcontract invoice review. On-site in Byron, GA with part-time/seasonal hours.

Lead implementation of RMF A&A activities, perform risk and vulnerability assessments, manage PKI/accounts/ACLs, ensure STIG and DoD cloud compliance, maintain classified material and clearance databases, produce security engineering artifacts, support eMASS and acquisition security, and deliver security training and stakeholder coordination to achieve authorization and continuous compliance.

Manage mid-level or multiple small programs: develop/implement program plans, budgets, schedules, and execution strategy; perform program and technical management across engineering, logistics, finance, contracting, and configuration; translate requirements into solutions, identify risks and mitigation, provide status and decision information, ensure contractual deliverables and timely reports, and participate in program reviews.

Perform field maintenance on military aircraft, interpret technical manuals, wire diagrams and engineering drawings, install aerospace fasteners, maintain tools and inventory, document maintenance in military/digital records, and travel for extended deployments.

Perform systems engineering across lifecycle phases, translate DoD requirements into system requirements, conduct electrical engineering analyses and lifecycle cost evaluations, support test & evaluation planning/execution, and provide engineering support for FMS and acquisition activities for ground radar and related DoD systems.
