Manages supply chain planning, sourcing, production, logistics, inventory, and delivery activities. Leads team development, forecasting, material requirements planning, production planning, supplier and customer issue resolution, performance reporting, and risk mitigation. Builds a supply chain team in Warner Robins, coordinates with program and operations leadership, and supports ERP/MRP optimization, inventory control, purchasing, and domestic, foreign, and government logistics.

Requirements
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
- Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
- CPIM, CSCA, CSCP, or CPSM certification preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience leading a diverse team of professionals
- Knowledge and experience with business systems such as ERP and MRP operation, optimization and development preferred
- In-depth knowledge of operational and financial metrics, OKR’s and reporting
- Knowledge and experience with inventory management and control methodologies, best practices and reporting
- Understanding of domestic, foreign and government logistics and distribution practices and requirements
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse operations, inventory management, material/production planning and strategic/tactical purchasing
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft Office fluency
- Technical writing experience or knowledge is a plus
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Physical Requirements
- Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
- Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
- Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
- Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
