The Role
Leads electronics development, testing, fabrication, and supplier coordination. Designs and reviews PCB technical data, schematics, layouts, and related documentation. Develops verification, validation, quality, rework, and repair procedures; supports lab testing and inspections. Performs signal, power, FPGA, PFMEA, RCCA, and FRACAS analysis, recommends design improvements, and supports research and development. Collaborates within multidisciplinary product teams and contributes to electronic product manufacturing and validation.

Requirements
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- Required skills:
- Experience in the design, build, and test of multi-layer Printed Circuit Boards with processor, memory, and standard I/O
- Proficient in the use of Electronic CAD tools to implement schematics, layout, parts selection, and detailed PCB design
- Proficient in the use of Lab Equipment such as DVM, Oscilloscopes & soldering tools
- Familiarity with IPC standards: IPC-7711/7721, A-600, 610, 620, CC-830, J-STD-001
- Preferred skills:
- Experience with OrCAD, Allegro, and KiCAD
- Experience with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-464
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $110,000 - 120,000
This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent relevant engineering or science discipline
- 5 or more years of professional experience in the required task area
- Experience designing, building, and testing multilayer printed circuit boards with processors, memory, and standard I/O
- Proficiency with electronic CAD tools for schematics, layout, parts selection, and detailed PCB design
- Proficiency using DVMs, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools
