Provides senior administrative and office management support, including scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, task tracking, purchasing, receipt management, event coordination, and supply ordering. Oversees facility needs such as maintenance, custodial, landscaping, waste management, service contracts, contractors, office space, and furniture. Tracks CDRL deliverables and reviews documents for accuracy, compliance, and configuration control.

Identifies and develops services-sector business opportunities, revenue pipelines, and customer relationships. Supports capture and proposal campaigns, competitive intelligence, win themes, gate reviews, and proposal development. Builds strategies based on customer needs, offerings, and competition; manages CRM and pipeline development; and represents the company at customer meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Requires extensive DoD acquisition, budgeting, business capture, partner relationship, and strategic planning experience.

Performs mechanical engineering analysis, testing, modeling, documentation, and design support for mechanical systems and instrumentation. Develops CAD models and technical data packages, evaluates specifications, supports validation and research activities, and collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams under senior engineer supervision.
