Lead and advise DoD acquisition and development programs, managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Support RFP and contract documentation, produce briefings and statutory reports, maintain acquisition tools and schedules, and coordinate across government and prime contractors to ensure program alignment and successful mission execution.

Support system architecture and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) using DoDAF and digital engineering. Design, integrate, and evaluate wearable and sensor-based hardware/software/data systems. Perform trade studies, requirements analysis, and system modeling. Collaborate with software, cyber, data, and hardware teams across the lifecycle. Position contingent upon contract award.

Provide all-source, multidiscipline intelligence analysis supporting USCENTCOM and USINDOPACOM operations; research R&D opportunities, identify capability gaps, manage classified/SCI data, support system acquisition and development, present briefs to senior leaders, and deploy forward as required to support mission needs.
