Leads design research initiatives and grows the research practice across product, service, brand, consumer, medical, and digital experiences. Develops research plans, conducts qualitative studies, establishes standards, mentors teams, and translates insights into experience strategies, service concepts, product direction, and innovation roadmaps. Facilitates workshops, builds cross-disciplinary teams, supports client presentations and proposals, and helps expand research and strategy offerings.

Designs and manages security strategies for cloud-based AI systems, including risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, security controls, incident response, compliance audits, and secure development practices. Partners with engineering, product, and compliance teams to protect sensitive data and mitigate cyber threats. Implement solutions with Kotlin, Java, AWS, and DynamoDB, while handling basic DevOps responsibilities and rotation support.

Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI and agentic applications using LLMs, RAG, vector search, and multi-agent architectures. Develop secure Python APIs and AI-powered web applications, create scalable ingestion and retrieval pipelines, and deploy cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Implement Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, LLMOps, governance, and responsible AI practices while integrating enterprise systems and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop and validate acoustic and vibration simulation models for aircraft cabins using finite element, statistical energy analysis, and ray-tracing methods. Plan and participate in laboratory, flight, and ground testing; analyze test data; prepare technical reports; and recommend design improvements. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve cabin comfort issues, integrate new aircraft developments, and develop future acoustic and vibration tools and technologies.

Lead hands-on design and operation of AWS infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, observability, security scanning, reliability, and cost optimization. Develop a benefits explainability AI agent for healthcare coverage and benefits inquiries, initially through a web channel and later through IVR and contact center integrations. The role requires Python-based AI agent development, cloud AI services, generative AI and LLM solutions, REST API integrations, solution architecture, and customer-facing technical leadership. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Design and integrate aircraft pneumatic systems, defining architectures, requirements, specifications, and verification plans. Manage suppliers, review engineering and certification documents, conduct trade studies, and document ground and flight test results. Support test platforms, production and in-service troubleshooting, design changes, compliance reporting, and issue resolution within multidisciplinary teams while meeting program milestones.

Operates, sets up, maintains, and programs multi-axis CNC equipment to manufacture prototype parts and tools. Creates and tests tool paths, reviews blueprints and schematics, inspects finished products, documents machining processes, and develops design improvements. Requires manual machining experience, 3D CAD modeling proficiency, knowledge of drills, lathes, and milling equipment, and adherence to safety procedures. The role is performed primarily on first shift in a shop environment and may require minimal travel and overtime.

Develop and support enterprise-scale Azure cloud infrastructure through automation, CI/CD pipeline development, and Kubernetes-based deployments. The role uses Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AKS, Ansible, and YAML scripting, requiring strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
