Leads complex quality programs, audits, corrective actions, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts at an aerospace manufacturing site. Coordinates cross-functional teams, analyzes quality metrics, improves product and process conformity, manages customer and regulatory requirements, and mentors quality personnel. The role applies Lean, Six Sigma, risk management, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving to support operational excellence and sustained quality-system effectiveness.

Leads quality engineering activities including inspection planning, quality documentation, change management, BOM planning, audits, corrective actions, MRB support, supplier quality strategy, and digital quality improvements. Reviews technical specifications, guides quality review boards, supports customer and workforce training, drives cross-functional initiatives, and mentors junior quality engineers. Lead supplier quality activities for aerospace manufacturing, including supplier audits, process validation, nonconformance resolution, corrective actions, quality planning, engineering change management, and supplier development. Collaborate with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to mitigate risk, ensure AS9100 and customer compliance, improve supplier performance, and mentor quality engineers.

Owns enterprise integrations from design through production support, including REST and SOAP APIs, API gateways, authentication, messaging, databases, SFTP, EDI, and third-party systems. Leads integration strategy, coordinates engineers and vendors, manages dependencies, defines API contracts, documents solutions, and troubleshoots production issues. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation and validation of integrations across modern and legacy platforms.

Designs, develops, and optimizes scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines and platforms using Snowflake, AWS, Python, DataStage, and Control-M. Builds data models, ensures data quality and governance, tunes performance and costs, supports production operations, and enables analytics and AI/ML use cases. Collaborates with engineering, data science, BI, platform, and business teams in Agile environments.

Partners with designers, studio leads, producers, vendors, business operations, and leadership to turn creative ideas into organized projects.
