Supports aerospace composite manufacturing by reviewing and dispositioning non-conformances through MRB, authoring engineering dispositions, investigating root causes, leading RCCA, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. Provides shop-floor engineering support for composite, honeycomb, bonded, machined, and assembled products while collaborating with production, quality, manufacturing, design, and supplier teams. Analyzes quality trends, interprets drawings and specifications, and supports aerospace quality and regulatory requirements.

Analyzes the RFQ-to-award pipeline, consolidates and validates business data, and develops dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive reports. Evaluates win rates, proposal activity, pipeline health, revenue opportunities, and performance trends. Partners with program management, sales, engineering, estimating, and business development teams to improve data quality, standardize KPIs, automate reporting, identify process bottlenecks, and support strategic decisions.

Leads hands-on ecosystem integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Kong, OAuth, JWT, MQ, Oracle, PostgreSQL, EDI, and SFTP. Coordinates vendors, negotiates API contracts, troubleshoots incidents across system boundaries, and documents integration specifications. Integrations involve agency management, policy, Salesforce, authentication, and Oracle synchronization systems.
