Manage the global commissions lifecycle, including incentive plan design, payout calculations, exception resolution, deal attribution, statement delivery, and plan effectiveness analysis. Implement and drive adoption of commission management tools, configure data pipelines, create validation and performance dashboards, and deploy AI-driven anomaly detection and Q&A solutions. Partner with sales and executive leadership to align incentive plans with revenue objectives and improve automation, transparency, and accuracy.

Lead product marketing strategy for JumpCloud’s SaaS platform, including pricing and packaging, competitive intelligence, positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives. Create battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, and AI-enabled workflows that accelerate sales. Build cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and marketing, while serving as a technical evangelist through customer demos, industry events, webinars, and executive briefings.

Supports global benefits administration, compensation analysis, annual pay cycles, billing reconciliations, payroll deductions, audits, compliance reporting, employee inquiries, wellness programs, and Total Rewards projects. The role maintains benefits and compensation data, documentation, job architecture, salary structures, and regional program records while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and employees across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Design, build, and maintain scalable authentication and identity microservices using Go/Python/Node.js. Implement OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and SSO flows, deploy cloud-native services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, write automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, use AI-assisted coding tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead OEM and strategic ISV partnerships end-to-end: build relationships, manage technical onboarding and integrations, drive joint GTM, co-marketing, sales enablement, pipeline generation, and cross-functional execution while tracking program performance and operational health.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across enterprise systems, including MuleSoft and NetSuite integrations. Design scalable architecture, support complex data migrations and synchronization, debug cross-system issues, and improve platform quality and performance through testing and automation. Provide guidance for finance workflows in a B2B SaaS environment, use AI-powered development tools, and collaborate asynchronously with global teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Build scalable, accessible Vue.js UI components and full-stack features; develop and maintain Go microservices and REST/gRPC APIs; implement CI/CD and Kubernetes deployments; add Playwright test coverage and observability with DataDog/Grafana; participate in code reviews, on-call rotations, and cross-functional delivery. Leverage AI tooling to improve developer workflows and product velocity.

Perform product and business analytics: translate open-ended questions into hypotheses, analyze funnels and retention, run experiments, build dashboards and pipelines, collaborate with engineering and product, and deliver AI-enabled analytics to drive measurable business outcomes.

Manage relationships with channel partners in the LATAM region, focusing on Brazil and Mexico. Build partnerships, generate customer acquisition strategies, assist partners with sales strategies, and ensure compliance with partner programs.

Own end-to-end commercial segment GTM strategy for Mexico: align Sales, Marketing, PMM, and Product; identify execution gaps; build and synthesize metrics and reports; present data-backed updates to senior leadership and Board; act as single source of truth and strategic advisor.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers: manage timelines, dependencies, governance, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination. Drive customer satisfaction, mitigate deployment risks, optimize onboarding playbooks, and travel to client sites as needed to ensure rapid adoption and long-term success.

This role focuses on building agentic outbound systems using AI and automation to improve efficiency, pipeline generation, and productivity within GO-to-Market strategies. Responsibilities include designing workflows, automating outreach, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support HR Business Partners across US and LATAM as first point of contact for employee relations, coordinate performance and engagement programs, manage onboarding/offboarding coordination, maintain HRIS data and dashboards, and deliver reporting and insights to improve retention and HR processes.

Own program management for the Security organization: enforce operating standards, manage intake and triage, produce status and capacity reporting, track interruption work, prioritize projects, partner with AI engineering to refine AI-assisted PM systems, evolve processes, and represent security PM practices across the company.
