Own full end-to-end sales cycle to acquire SMB customers in Mexico City, using consultative technical selling and AI/CRM tools. Own full sales cycle for North America SMB/EOT accounts: prospect, qualify, run discovery, demo, propose, and close. Manage high-volume pipeline, forecast in Salesforce, partner with SDRs and SEs, hit monthly/quarterly bookings, and feed market intelligence back to leadership.

Own a concentrated APAC portfolio as commercial owner for strategic accounts: drive renewals, expansions, executive engagement, negotiate multi-year seven-figure deals, manage procurement/legal/security reviews, run executive business reviews, coordinate with partners, Customer Success, Product and Support, and travel ~25% across the region.

Provide pre-sales technical expertise across Southeast Asia: deliver tailored demos, consult on identity and device management, enable partners, assist trial setup, assess readiness for sales cycles, and surface product feedback for improvements.

As a Software Engineer for the AI Platform, you will design, develop, and implement scalable applications, focusing on AI-driven systems and platform engineering, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable authentication and identity microservices using Go/Python/Node.js. Implement OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and SSO flows, deploy cloud-native services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, write automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, use AI-assisted coding tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations.
