Lead and scale the company's GRC program, implementing and managing ISMS (ISO 27001), ensuring GDPR and SOX compliance, preparing for audits, identifying gaps and driving remediation, developing governance and risk frameworks, and embedding controls with Engineering and Security teams.

The Nights Supervisor oversees operational delivery by managing workload, motivating staff, attending management meetings, and training new starters.
