We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to work across two of our clients sites based in the Teesside & Tanfield.

Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Booking agency workers for work
  • Completing document checks, interviews and induction of new starters
  • Assisting with signing in and deploying agency workers to their place of work
  • Completing and sending various attendance reports & KPIs
  • Managing agency worker attendance & performance
  • Manage and process worker holiday request’s
  • Pre screening applicants and booking them for interview
  • Assisting workers with any queries
  • Managing worker absence
  • Liaising with client managers to provide the best service possible

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have:

  • Expereince in recruitment
  • Good people management skills
  • Knowledge of right to work in the UK legislation
  • Confident presenting to and managing group’s of people
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Similar experience working with people
  • Able to use Microsoft packages and be up to date on modern technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A driving license and access to a car (travel 40 miles once per week to another site)
  • Flexibility to be on call every other weekend for emergencies (time is given back)
