Job&Talent is on the cusp of something huge, and we’re looking for a junior product marketer with at least 4-5 years’ experience in SaaS/B2B to join our newly formed product marketing team. This is a new role, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to make this role your own. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (product, go-to-market, product marketing, data, sales, communications) and senior leadership to help drive the success of our game-changing platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of our product marketing strategy to communicate deftly our value proposition to B2B audiences.
  • Craft high-quality, engaging content in English (other languages are a bonus) to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and user education.
  • Create strong storylines around key product functionalities and then bring them to life in valuable product marketing and sales assets, from pitch decks, videos, email campaigns and other content.
  • Collaborate with the design team, so experience using tools like Figma, Adobe is a must to create compelling visuals that bring our product vision to life.
  • Use honed project management skills to deliver projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with product and GTM teams to understand product updates and features, translating them into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Support the product marketing team in the development of sales enablement tools, customer-facing materials, and performance reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day team members to the C-suite, ensuring alignment across the business.

Qualifications/skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 4-5 years of experience in a product marketing-related role in SaaS and B2B
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, additional languages are highly regarded
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe, or similar design and animation tools
  • Strong analytical skills in converting numbers and stats into compelling storyline
  • Product marketing experience with strong project management skills preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, data, GTM) and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.A passion for getting things done quickly to meet market demand
