We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our IT Support team in Sweden, to provide dedicated IT support to business users, ensuring smooth operations and secure systems across all the touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding: imaging and allocation of laptops
  • Ensure endpoint security and data protection
  • Support internet connectivity, network, and printing solutions
  • Track and update hardware within asset management tools
  • Collaborate with Global EIT team on IT initiatives
  • Travel between sites as needed to provide on-site support
  • Manage user requests, tracking tickets from incident to resolution
  • Log incidents and resolve operational anomalies
  • Prioritise requests based on importance, complexity, and urgency
  • Provide user assistance, including remote support

Requirements:

  • 2nd line support experience and system administration experience
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related applications
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and MDM solutions
  • Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills to address a wide range of IT problems
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users
  • Efficient time management to prioritize and address multiple support requests
  • Fluent Swedish and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in OKTA administration, including managing user access and authentication.
