Monitor expenses, market intelligence, product availability, and territory performance while taking corrective actions to improve productivity.

Develops and enforces workplace health and safety policies, conducts inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and provides employee and contractor training. Investigates incidents, maintains safety records, prepares regulatory reports, oversees PPE and emergency equipment, and manages emergency response plans. The role ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and promotes a strong organizational safety culture.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, assessments, background checks, and recruitment reporting. Leads ceramic tile and mosaic research and development, including new product creation, raw material formulation, glaze and body testing, and process optimization. Collaborates with kiln, glaze line, press, production, operations, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges, improve firing cycles, reduce defects, and increase yield. Manages the integration of R&D innovations into factory workflows while mentoring laboratory staff, assistant managers, and ceramic designers.
