Lead and grow a campus entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting student ventures, coordinating industry mentorship and investor networks, managing eCell programs and events, liaising with government for incubation operations, preparing proposals, and representing the entrepreneurship program externally.

Provide academic support and instruction for media production, maintain and operate studio equipment, assist with shooting and post-production for institutional content, and support event coverage and administrative tasks.

Plan, implement, manage, and maintain campus-wide IT infrastructure and network services. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability for networking, servers, virtualization, cloud, ERP/LMS, backups, CCTV/physical access systems, and end-user support. Lead IT team, manage vendors, and support academic and administrative systems.

Teach core and elective Media Science and Film Studies courses; lead BMS department teaching and administration; use multimedia and digital platforms to enhance instruction; prepare detailed lecture schedules, tests, assignments, screenings and practicals; adopt new technologies and demonstrate leadership to advance the department; engage in content creation, research, and film production-related activities.

Lead and mentor student startups, teach entrepreneurship courses, run and grow the eCell/incubation ecosystem, secure government grants, build industry and investor networks, and innovate curriculum and campus entrepreneurship programming.

Lead admissions, marketing, and outbound teams to achieve enrollment targets. Design and run paid digital campaigns and CRM nurturing, oversee school visits and events, set KPIs, optimize funnel performance, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.

Teach and mentor students in digital marketing courses (SEO, SEM, social, content, email, analytics); design curriculum, run live projects and workshops, assess student work, build industry partnerships for internships and placements, and support student career development.

Lead IT infrastructure and operations including AWS cloud, networking, server and Linux administration, AD and SQL database management, security (firewalls, VPN, SSL), WordPress and web hosting, CDN, backup/recovery, SLA/incident management, and manage an IT team with budgeting and documentation.

Teach undergraduate statistics courses (descriptive statistics, probability, inference, sampling); supervise practical labs using MS Excel, R, and Python; mentor students and supervise projects; maintain MAKAUT/UGC compliance records; assist with assessments and university examinations.

Teach undergraduate BBA courses, prepare lesson plans and assessments, upload materials to LMS, monitor and support student progress, provide mentoring and remedial sessions, contribute to curriculum development, foster industry interactions, and promote student employability, internships, research, and entrepreneurship.

Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to oversee teaching, curriculum, faculty development, NAAC accreditation, quality assurance, student welfare, institutional governance, and campus operations. Drive implementation of academic policies, outcome-based education, faculty mentoring, audits, AQAR/rankings, stakeholder engagement, and institutional strategic planning to promote continuous improvement and institutional excellence.

Provide academic and technical support for media production: teach labs/workshops, assist faculty and students, manage and maintain studio equipment, operate as crew for recording sessions, and handle post-production and event coverage for institutional content.

Manage all institutional legal and compliance matters: draft and review contracts, advise on corporate and labour law, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with external counsel and authorities, implement internal legal processes, conduct POSH Act trainings, handle litigation support, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and academics on policy and risk management.

Provide in-house legal counsel and compliance oversight: draft and vet contracts and agreements, advise on corporate and labour law (including POSH), monitor legal developments, manage litigation coordination with external counsel, implement compliance frameworks, conduct legal trainings, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Academics on policy and risk matters.

Teach and mentor BCA students, deliver high-quality lectures, engage in academic and administrative duties, supervise student learning, and contribute to research and publications in computing fields.

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Media/Film/Journalism; deliver theory and practical studio, field reporting, editing, and production workshops; design MAKAUT/UGC-aligned syllabi; lead departmental academic and administrative functions; coordinate timetables and assessments; supervise student media projects; build industry linkages for internships/placements; organise guest lectures and events; and engage in research and peer-reviewed publications in Media, Communication, or Film Studies.

Teach undergraduate BCA courses in computer science, mentor students on academics and projects, contribute to curriculum and course planning, and support departmental/institute academic and administrative activities while driving new initiatives.

Teach practical digital marketing (SEO/SEM, performance, social, content, analytics), run lab-based campaign simulations, mentor students on portfolios and certifications, engage industry partners for placements, and update curriculum to reflect AI-driven marketing tools and programmatic advertising.

Create and execute monthly content calendars focused on short-form video; capture campus stories and events; manage community engagement; monitor trends and analytics; collaborate with design/video teams; and support paid social campaigns to drive brand awareness and admissions.

Serve as on-site SPOC for guests, handle front-desk operations and enquiries, manage PMS/CRM and room inventory, coordinate housekeeping/maintenance/vendors, ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to SOPs.
