Set annual and long-term goals for enrollment, revenue, brand, and academic quality.
Take key decisions on new programmes, schools, partnerships, and expansion.
Academic Vision & Pedagogy
Introduce a liberal, modern style of teaching — discussion-based classes, projects, and real-world learning instead of only lectures and textbooks.
Lead and guide the academic direction of the campus across all schools.
Ensure the college follows all rules and standards set by MAKAUT, AICTE, and NAAC and drive the institution towards being Autonomous.
People & Faculty
Hire, guide, and support faculty and senior staff; build a strong leadership team under you.
Encourage and hire teachers with industry or practical experience.
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance across the organisation
Business, Brand & Growth
Strengthen ties with companies for internships, placements, and student exposure to real work.
Drive admissions growth and help build Inspiria's brand and reputation regionally.
Represent the college to parents, industry partners, investors, and other institutions.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Ph.D. in Management, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in higher education or a related field
- Track record of building or running a program, campus, or vertical at a new-age education institute
- Experience as a vision-fluent operator functioning one level below the founder
- Hands-on experience with liberal education and modern teaching methods
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- Background in the new-age education operator ecosystem
