3D modeling and animation softwaer (Autodesk Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D)
Web and interactive design tools (Adobe XD, Figma)
Video and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
Digital audio and music production tools (Adobe Audition, Pro Tools)
3d and 2d animation - Blender, Maya , Animate
Key Responsibilities
Leading a School of Design and Multimedia with a student-focused approach.
Responsibility and accountability for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty. Managing student discipline and learning experience.
Responsibility for Teaching the Students. Delivering sessions on the Syllabus as per university norms.
Promotion and representation of the college both internally and externally
Provision of the best possible student experience through, the fulfilment of the College responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission, internship, placement, progress and examination.
Review and develop new program in order to attract new students and Markets.
Ensuring that staff performance is managed appropriately and that fair workload allocation processes are in place.
Skills Required
- 5 to 8 years of teaching experience in universities/colleges
- Industry experience in multimedia/animation/graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proficiency with Autodesk Maya
- Proficiency with Maxon Cinema 4D

- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Final Cut Pro

- Experience leading academic programs, curriculum development and departmental management
- Ability to manage student admissions, internships, placements, progress and examinations
