Processes export documentation including Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, invoices, manifests, freight tax reports, and vessel certificates. Manage end-to-end accounts payable for UK and Scandinavia: process supplier invoices and expenses, reconcile accounts and bank statements, prepare payments via Kyriba/manual methods, support month-end close, forecast weekly payments, coordinate Cash to Master orders, resolve supplier queries, and assist with ad hoc finance tasks.

Provide operational accounting support to the Finance Manager including month-end close, reconciliations, treasury and cash flow planning, budgeting, tax compliance, audits, and process improvements while ensuring adherence to group policies and statutory filings.

The Port Manager oversees daily operations at the port, manages staff, ensures high-quality service delivery, liaises with clients, and ensures compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols.

Lead and manage all shipping and port agency operations across Malaysia, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient vessel and cargo handling. Oversee scheduling, berthing, supplier and sub-agent performance, stakeholder relations with port authorities, reporting, cost control, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
