Lead group FP&A: own monthly/quarterly close, build executive dashboards, lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, deliver variance analysis, support fundraising and M&A, automate FP&A processes, and manage two analysts while partnering with cross-functional teams.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and learn about currency markets to advise clients on FX exposure and payment management.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SME corporate clients after handoff from Sales. Provide FX advice, optimize international payments and hedging, execute cross-sell/upsell, run face-to-face meetings, collect feedback, and track KPIs (cross-sell, upsell, churn, NPS) to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Support settlement and treasury operations: follow up client FX and payments, manage FX settlement with liquidity providers, handle payment issues via SWIFT, and assist Front Office and clients. Contribute to platform development and ensure reconciliations, liquidity management, and smooth operations.

Serve as primary customer contact and trusted advisor on FX. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, provide market and hedging insights, and maintain client relationships using CRM.

The FX Sales Executive will manage the sales cycle, assist clients with currency insights, and build relationships with international companies to support their payment needs.
