We are looking for an experienced Lead Dev Automation & Gen AI to join our Commando IT / Generative AI team! This position will be attached to the Head of Corporate IT and requires strong autonomy and vision. Our team is responsible for driving cross-functional performance improvements by developing automation solutions and AI-powered applications that have a measurable impact on productivity and revenue generation.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain solutions to improve performance of transversal business units
- Backend, frontend, infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD development
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems
- Improve development processes while finding the right balance between rigor, speed and flexibility for software development & research organization
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards
- Develop and maintain containerization and orchestration systems using tools like Docker
- Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team
- Manage 3x interns and oversee project initiatives, with potential for team expansion based on proven results.
What do you bring?
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Python development good practices
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins or CircleCI
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well in a scale up environment
- Understanding of fintech and payment industry is a plus
- Fluent in English for international communication
