Occasional travel may be required.

Resolve NCRs, line faults, and warranty claims using structured quality tools. Advises managers on policies, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, underperformance, legal responses, engagement, and development initiatives. Design, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and integrations. Configure platform objects, workflows, and ensure data quality, security, performance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Early-career, 3–4 year rotational program with three 12–18 month supply chain assignments (planning, logistics, procurement, systems). Rotational associates perform full-time supply chain responsibilities, lead projects, complete a professional certification, gain end-to-end supply chain experience, and are placed into a permanent role upon program completion.

Lead and oversee financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls. Analyze financial results, support forecasting and planning, coordinate reporting across Americas, supervise and develop accounting staff, and drive process improvements to ensure GAAP, SEC, and SOX compliance.
