Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. (HYMH), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Data Integration Developer based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
Work Management
- In participation with manager, manage work tasks and communicate work activities. Provide leadership to others as assigned through mentoring, development of specifications and work plans.
Provide Technical Specialty and Leadership
- In area of technical specialty, install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot and support. Services and solutions are efficient and customer friendly.
Continuous Improvement
- Improve existing processes, capabilities, and cost savings at all times as directed by the supervisor. Suggest ideas for improving the quality of process and data.
- Willingness to self-upgrade Integration skills within HYMH’s middleware platform changes.
Incident Management, Root Cause & Strategy Development
- Provide timely assistance to supervisor in resolving issues during crisis situations. Suggest forward looking, innovative and productivity enhancing ideas for review and possible implementation.
Standards
- Manage and Enforce standards for consistency, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

- You are driven to see projects through to completion.
- You have strong knowledge of underlying standards to build and consume complex SOAP and Restful services.
- You have solid proficiency with core XML Technologies XML, XML Schema, XPath, XQuery, Expressions to transpose data at the integration layer.
- You have experience with Version Control Systems like GitHub.
- You have solid understanding of Core ELT and ETL abstractions and design best practices.
- You are competent working with different relational and NoSQL Databases, SQL, ODBC, JDBC and with domains like CRM, ERP and Messaging Systems.
- You possess a strong focus on specific sets of technology expertise supported by problem solving, analytical, communication, crisis management, and interpersonal skills.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of related experience.
