Our sales and marketing organization reorganized itself to strengthen our ability to drive the customer’s voice into our product development process. We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven regional product manager candidate to lead HYMH counterbalance product line. As the Regional Product Manager, you will have the ability and responsibility to:

  • Serve as the “bridge” between the sales and marketing side (customers) and engineering to ensure products and solutions being developed reflect what the market wants.
  • Lead the strategy and launch of the counterbalance product line from creation of the market requirements document to full commercial launch of the product.
  • Lead the commercial launch team to deliver customer and industry driven solutions are positioned and promoted for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Occasionally communicate to the senior executive leadership team about the health of counterbalance products and to report what specific activities are either underway or are needed to improve such health.
  • Support dealers, national accounts and end-user customers in their efforts to promote counterbalance products in the market.

We are seeking the following qualifications:

  • BS degree, engineering degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in industrial/mobile equipment in the material handling industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience communicating effectively with senior executive leadership teams.
  • Ability to identify market trends though data analytics.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
