Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Senior Technical Specialist Lead based at our Portland, OR location. 

  

What you will do: 

  • Design, implement, and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across build servers and related infrastructure. 

  • Provide technical expertise and counsel to ensure architectural fit, global consistency, and continuous improvement of IT systems. 

  • Collaborate with business teams and IT Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

  • Implement strategic system initiatives and maintain/enhance existing systems. 

  • Manage technical resources, vendors, and projects, adhering to project management best practices.

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 

  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience. 

  • Proven leadership or people management experience. 

 

Skills, Experience & Abilities  

  • Strong business acumen with analytical and interpersonal skills. 

  • Service-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Proven expertise in technical areas, including systems management, implementation, and process improvement. 

  • Experience in managing projects and vendors, with knowledge of project management best practices. 

  • Familiarity with work/incident management processes, with hands-on experience in resolving technical issues. 

  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline creation. 

  • Strong programming skills in .Net (C#) (5-10+ years) and SQL (5+ years). 

  • Basic experience with Java and Visual Basic.
