Performs general cleaning and floor care in patient rooms, offices, and hospital areas; removes waste and soiled linen; performs terminal cleaning and infection-control procedures; operates cleaning equipment and handles chemicals; may act as team lead, supervise staff when manager absent, and respond to cleaning emergencies.
