Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll data entry, personnel file and I-9 maintenance, badge processing, reception/clerical duties, benefits guidance, HR system assistance, and coordination of HR events and compliance with HIPAA and corporate integrity policies.

Provide compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care on a medical-surgical unit. Perform assessments, medication administration (including IV meds), transfusion checks, documentation, patient education, care planning, emergency response, and maintain required certifications and state licensure. Collaborate with healthcare team and follow hospital policies, HIPAA, and corporate compliance standards.

Performs general cleaning and floor care in patient rooms, offices, and hospital areas; handles waste and soiled linen; follows infection control and HIPAA standards; may lead team duties, respond to cleaning emergencies, and operate cleaning machinery and chemicals.
