Administer and configure enterprise Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Statuspage, Atlassian Goals). Design and optimize workflows, custom fields, automations, and reporting. Manage integrations and add-ons, enforce governance, document processes, monitor system health, support users against SLAs, and partner with stakeholders to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes.

Lead and manage multiple customer implementation projects for Hootsuite and Talkwalker SaaS products, discover customer needs, mitigate risks, drive product adoption and time-to-value, deliver trainings (online and in-person), troubleshoot provisioning issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes and long-term customer success.

Provide escalation support for the service desk; administer identity/SSO, endpoint management, AI tooling, and IT service platforms; manage joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle; build automations and integrations; mentor junior staff; document processes; participate in incident handling, ITIL-aligned processes, and global on-call rotation.
