Owns end-to-end manual testing, QA process design, bug triage, release coordination, test documentation, and quality culture across Product, Engineering, and Support. The role serves as the final QA gate for releases, validates software across configurations and environments, supports mobile and hardware testing, collaborates on CI/CD pipelines, and provides stakeholder reporting. It may also mentor or help grow the QA function and use automation and AI-agent tools to expand test coverage.

Provide in-store technical support for display devices: troubleshoot with remote operations team, check power and connections, reset or replace devices, collect equipment for return, and travel to multiple store locations within a regional area.

Perform in-store troubleshooting and basic hardware maintenance for display devices: check power, reset/replace devices, follow phone support with operations team, collect equipment for return, and travel between store locations within a 50-mile radius on a part-time schedule.
