Manages digital forensics and incident response investigations involving cyber incidents, evidence collection, preservation, forensic analysis, and event reconstruction. Coordinates with technical, legal, regulatory, and law enforcement stakeholders; leads incident response and crisis management activities; prepares investigation reports and may provide expert testimony. The role also develops response protocols, improves forensic capabilities, monitors cybersecurity trends, and trains teams on digital forensics and incident response.

Own the lifecycle of telemetry and stability tooling supporting system reliability, performance, and observability. Design instrumentation, dashboards, alerts, custom operational tools, and integrations with observability platforms. Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; analyze incidents and system health; integrate telemetry into CI/CD pipelines and deployment gates; and drive continuous improvements across development, platform, and product teams.
