- Oversees the prompt closure of regulatory findings, position paper, enforcement of identified risks and to ensure compliance to applicable policies, laws and regulations
- Oversees the management and facilitation of all aspects of board operations, ensuring smooth communication, coordination and execution of key initiatives such as comprehensive meeting agendas, presentations, schedule and ensures alignment with corporate strategy and affairs.- Ensures stakeholder communication. Oversees the communication of governance requirements and ensures guidance and support are provided by Governance teams in understanding and adhering to policies.- Prepare regular reports on governance metrics for executive view
