- Manage and supervise the IT support team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Oversee Windows and Mac endpoints' installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement network and server management strategies, including security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate hardware, software, and services contracts.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures and stay updated with current technology trends.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget.
- Manage and supervise Active Directory, office network and servers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in IT, with at least three years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, network protocols, and server management.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Infra, AD
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
