• Manage the User and Role Management and SAP access control
- Conduct SAP platform and application management
- Perform Capacity planning for SAP systems
- Ensure monitoring and great health for SAP systems
- Work with ISP team on application and database maintenance
- Execute regular application and database patch updates
- Oversee Performance, Application, and Database Tuning
- Ensure optimization of SAP Architecture
- Provide Operations Support for Incidents
- Ensure Compliance to security assessments, security updates, and remediation of security risks
