The Account Manager will maintain executive relationships in the drilling industry, drive sales strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts to meet profitability goals while facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.

Design and develop drilling fluid handling and pressure-containing equipment using CAD. Produce 3D models and drawings, perform stress/fatigue/thermal analyses, support testing and field operations, ensure compliance with industry standards (API/ASME/NACE), collaborate with manufacturing/quality/supply chain, and participate in continuous improvement and technical support activities.

Review, negotiate, and administer commercial contracts; assess legal risk; draft ancillary documents; manage contract lifecycle and signature workflows; coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; maintain contract tracking and provide status updates.

Receive, inspect, and stock inbound materials; pick, pack, and prepare kits for shipping; perform weekly inventory cycle counts; complete shipping/receiving paperwork; operate a forklift; follow quality and safety procedures; work under direct supervision with occasional on-call, early, or late shifts.

Develop cost estimates and prepare quotations by reviewing RFQs and drawings; create BOMs, routers, and ERP data; recommend design for manufacturability; support NPI, ECNs, tooling, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and cross-functional technical support.

Manage full-cycle month-end close and accounting operations for assigned entities, lead and coach accounting staff, ensure integrity of financial reporting and internal controls, perform forecasting and P&L and balance sheet analysis, partner with operations to drive financial targets, and support continuous improvement and special projects.

Perform receiving, stocking, order picking/packing, cycle counts, and shipping tasks in a valve warehouse. Operate reach truck/forklift, inspect incoming/outgoing shipments, enter shipping/receiving data into ERP, maintain housekeeping, and follow all safety procedures.

Maintain and archive physical and digital records, verify and scan Material Test Reports and vendor records, complete job close processes, create product data books, schedule inspections, generate and resolve non-conformance reports, and support health and safety requirements.

Perform first-article inspections, quality control, production documentation, maintenance of tools/machines, and follow safety and HSE procedures. Set up and operate CNC, NC, and conventional machines to produce metallic and nonmetallic parts. Read blueprints, program and proof CNC, measure and inspect parts, adjust offsets, deburr, complete documentation and first-piece inspections, calibrate QC instruments, and operate overhead/JIB cranes and forklifts while ensuring safety and quality.

Set up, program, and operate CNC, NC and manual machines to fabricate metal and nonmetal parts to print. Perform first-piece inspection, measure and adjust offsets, proof/edit programs, maintain QC calibration, optimize tooling, deburr/stamp parts, train junior machinists, and operate forklifts as needed.

The Warehouseman I receives, stocks, and delivers materials, assists with shipping and receiving, and maintains inventory in a fast-paced environment.
