Performs general production and material-handling duties, including assisting machine operators, moving and stacking pipe, loading and unloading deliveries, operating hand and powered tools, using forklifts and overhead hoists, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. The role requires safe work practices, adherence to HSE and quality procedures, teamwork, basic math, drawing comprehension, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Night shifts, overtime, training, and safety meetings may be required.

Manages strategic relationships with major drilling and well construction customers, driving revenue, bookings, account penetration, and growth across the drilling portfolio. Develops account plans, identifies cross-portfolio opportunities, supports bids and negotiations, maintains forecasts, coordinates internal teams, and provides market and competitive intelligence. Requires extensive executive-level sales or account management experience in drilling, well construction, oilfield equipment, or related markets, with 25–30% travel.

Manages accounting operations for the Broussard, Louisiana location, including full-cycle month-end close, general ledger activities, financial reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, internal controls, and continuous process improvement. Partners with operations to achieve financial targets and leads staff and senior accountants. Requires manufacturing and general ledger accounting experience, strong systems and Excel skills, and on-site work.
