Oversee and maintain the quality management system, perform inspections and failure analysis, manage non-conformances and corrective actions, coordinate calibration and internal audits, liaise with suppliers, engineering, and client inspectors, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Set up and operate CNC, NC, and conventional milling and turning equipment to machine metallic and nonmetallic parts. Read prints, program or proof CNC programs, perform first piece inspections, adjust offsets, deburr and mark parts, document work orders, maintain QC instrument calibration, and operate lifting equipment.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies, generate new business, maintain key accounts, negotiate contracts, promote company capabilities, coordinate with internal teams, and travel extensively to meet customers.
