Generates revenue through inbound and outbound sales, customer prospecting, account reactivation, upselling, cross-selling, quote follow-up, and new business development. Answers product and pricing questions, recommends products based on customer needs, processes orders, prepares sales contracts, maintains customer records, resolves service issues, and supports outside sales. Builds relationships with business owners and decision-makers, meets sales objectives, manages customer portals, and updates internal systems.

Performs accounts receivable and general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and inventory accounting. Develops financial models and dashboards, researches discrepancies, supports GAAP compliance and internal controls, and collaborates with management on financial risks and process improvements. Participates in ERP implementations, system upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and special financial projects.

Processes sales orders and quotations, verifies pricing and customer information, sends order confirmations for signature, manages returns and credit requests, and updates sales ledgers. The role coordinates customer requirements, ship-to addresses, purchase orders, pricing data, past-due accounts, and aging information while supporting outside sales teams with documentation and marketing materials.
