Provide materials to molding associates and support press-line production tasks including skid removal, SMC mix changes, mold changes, and supplying cutter/deflasher. Follow safety and environmental procedures, perform physical lifting, and assist with other production duties as assigned.

Support shipping operations on 2nd shift by releasing work in the EWM system, scheduling outbound trailers, tracking and completing orders, and maintaining shipping paperwork (including BOLs and ASNs). Run reports, update logs and audits, liaise with Transportation and Customer Service, and assist coordinators to resolve shipping issues and maintain KPI metrics.

Coordinate and perform hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance in a continuous manufacturing environment. Prioritize and assign work requests, communicate equipment breakdowns and repair timelines, lead inventory control, participate in preventive/predictive maintenance, and conduct shift handoffs and training. Interface with vendors, engineering, and quality to resolve issues and recommend improvements.
