Drives House of Rohl luxury product sales across the Austin and San Antonio territory. Builds relationships with showrooms, designers, architects, builders, plumbers, distributors, developers, and hospitality accounts; develops new business; meets sales and display goals; supports showroom representation; resolves territory issues; analyzes market opportunities; and executes strategic growth initiatives. The role requires significant customer interaction, field work, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.

Supports product strategy and growth for Moen faucet valve product lines. Responsibilities include pricing, distribution, product development, stage-gate launches, customer and competitive analysis, channel collaboration, sales enablement, marketing coordination, product training, and performance monitoring. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, finance, and analytics teams while serving as a subject matter expert in fluid-control technologies.

Leads and mentors production associates while promoting safety, quality, productivity, and company culture. Coordinates labor, breaks, schedules, rotations, and production activities; coaches employees; supports line production; troubleshoots downtime and quality issues; manages scrap and RTV documentation; participates in huddles; and completes required work instruction and area certifications.
