Oversees engineering teams, product requirements, design reviews, DFM/DFA, risk mitigation, manufacturing process development, supplier collaboration, failure analysis, tolerance analysis, and technical problem solving. Partners with cross-functional teams, mentors engineers, supports intellectual property development, communicates technical information, and drives robust, cost-effective product designs.

Own a U.S. territory focused on growing multifamily business for Fortune Brands Outdoors products. Develop regional market strategies, build relationships with developers, architects, purchasing leaders, and asset managers, and drive product specifications and revenue. Partner with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to execute projects from specification through close. Manage complex stakeholder relationships independently, contribute to national contract strategies, and travel up to 50%, including approximately two overnight trips monthly.

Leads commercialization and product marketing for new product launches across the Outdoors portfolio. Develops go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, launch assets, budgets, timelines, and success metrics. Coordinates cross-functional teams, agencies, packaging, trade shows, sales enablement, and customer communications across B2B and B2C channels. Manages concurrent launch workstreams, monitors readiness and risks, and conducts post-launch reviews to improve future commercialization efforts.
