Lead product strategy and execution for Moen B2C product lines, align pricing/distribution, support new product development through stage-gate, collaborate cross-functionally, advocate for customer needs, support go-to-market and sales enablement, and travel to field teams (~15%).

Develops and implements environmental, health, safety, and security programs at an onsite manufacturing facility. Ensures EPA and OSHA compliance, conducts incident investigations and environmental audits, manages industrial hygiene testing and permitting, and oversees specialized safety controls including combustible dust, machine guarding, ergonomics, confined spaces, and lockout/tagout. Provides training, supports behavior-based safety initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the site EHSS subject matter expert.

Manages automation, controls engineering, facility maintenance, and distribution center engineering operations. Leads maintenance teams, preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, equipment installation, continuous improvement, and facility projects. Develops automation and capital strategies, supports startup and validation, maintains CMMS documentation, ensures regulatory and workplace safety compliance, and manages budgets and cost-saving initiatives. Requires expertise in conveyors, robotics, PLCs, HMIs, controls integration, Intelligrated software, and Lean or Six Sigma improvement methods.
