As chief executive officer and co-founder, Mike leads FloQast’s corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to founding FloQast, he managed the accounting team at Cornerstone OnDemand, a SaaS company in Los Angeles. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where he performed public company audits, opening balance sheet audits, cash to GAAP restatements, compilation reviews, international reporting, merger and acquisition audits and SOX compliance testing.

As chief product officer and co-founder, Chris oversees customer setup and support, product strategy and go-to-market planning. He works hands on with our new and existing clients to ensure their success in creating a faster, more accurate close process.
As Chief Technology Officer, Sri leads FloQast’s technology strategy and product innovation, with a focus on scaling the company’s AI-powered automation capabilities. A veteran engineering executive, he brings over two decades of experience from leadership roles at Harness, Zoom, Cisco, and more.
