Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, ABM, webinars, events, email, and marketing automation. Coordinate campaign calendars, content, design, SEO, web, and stakeholder deliverables. Track leads, attribution, conversion, and campaign performance using CRM and analytics platforms. Manage multiple software development and integration projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and within scope. Oversee SDLC activities, Agile and Scrum practices, resource planning, project schedules, status reporting, risk mitigation, cost reviews, deliverable signoffs, and production planning. Develop and maintain Java applications across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, debugging, testing, release, and production support. Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed industrial inkjet printing systems, including preventive and breakdown maintenance. Optimize print quality, machine uptime, productivity, and consumable usage; document repairs and equipment performance; train operators and technicians; enforce safety and quality standards; support production across day and night shifts; and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
