Manage monthly payroll processing and validation, attendance and leave records, full-and-final settlements, HRMS administration, employee lifecycle documentation, statutory compliance, audits, and payroll MIS. Coordinate PF, ESI, NPS, gratuity, consultants, employees, Finance, and authorities. Handle offer generation, compensation analysis, salary negotiations, candidate documentation, onboarding, exits, and related HR operations while maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Creates motion graphics, animated videos, and edited video content for marketing, corporate, HR, social media, and promotional communications. Develops storyboards, visual concepts, kinetic typography, infographics, transitions, visual effects, and sound-synced productions from scripts and briefs. Maintains brand consistency, collaborates with Marketing and HR, manages multiple projects, meets deadlines, and uses AI tools to improve creative workflows.

Build and maintain responsive, scalable web applications, reusable UI components, landing pages, campaign microsites, CMS websites, API integrations, and HTML email templates. Optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and conversion rates. Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and engineering teams while testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and enhancing frontend codebases and digital experiences.

Develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core. Build REST APIs, web applications, Windows Services, and console applications; design and optimize SQL Server databases; perform debugging, code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business, and cross-functional teams while following secure development practices, Agile processes, and software documentation standards.

Develop and maintain Java applications across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, debugging, testing, release, and production support. Build efficient Java modules using Spring and Spring Boot, create RESTful services, write JUnit tests, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams. The role requires expertise in Java, multithreading, data structures, databases, design patterns, and asynchronous or reactive development. Design, develop, and implement Java applications and complex software modules. Collaborate with product managers and architects on requirements, architecture, and deliverables.
