Develop, test, maintain, and support enterprise applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core. Build REST APIs, web applications, Windows Services, and console applications; design and optimize SQL Server databases; perform debugging, code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business, and cross-functional teams while following secure development practices, Agile processes, and software documentation standards.

Own the organization’s information security strategy, ISMS, risk framework, policies, audits, and compliance programs. Lead ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and client audits; manage security operations, incident response, BCP/DR, cloud and application security, secure SDLC, access controls, and plant/OT security. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, DevOps, IT, HR, operations, and leadership to remediate risks, strengthen controls, deliver certifications, and improve security awareness and posture.

Lead the design, execution, and analysis of load, stress, capacity, and performance tests for large-scale web and SaaS applications. Build scalable test automation, develop performance strategies, model workloads, analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend software or hardware optimizations. Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle and improve application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
