Owns end-to-end recruitment for a startup SaaS environment, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, pre-joining engagement, and joining closure. The role partners with stakeholders, maintains accurate records in Zoho ATS, tracks recruitment funnel metrics, manages candidate communications, supports evidence-based hiring decisions, and continuously improves recruiting workflows. Strong English communication, organizational skills, stakeholder management, and recruitment data usage are essential.

Learn and implement customer communications management solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer. Responsibilities include designing templates, integrating data, automating workflows, configuring print and digital channels, testing and troubleshooting solutions, supporting compliance and performance improvements, collaborating with technical teams, and documenting work.

Provides first-line IT support for employees, including laptop and desktop setup, software installation, printer and network troubleshooting, asset inventory, onboarding and offboarding assistance, ticket management, documentation, and issue escalation. The role supports routine IT operations at the Noida location and requires basic hardware, operating system, networking, office application, spreadsheet, troubleshooting, communication, and information-security knowledge.
