Lead applied data science and machine learning initiatives for banking and customer engagement products. Build, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and improve models for transaction classification, segmentation, recommendations, and propensity targeting. Establish reproducible evaluation frameworks, production ML pipelines, governance, and secure on-premises or private-cloud deployments. Collaborate with banking partners, engineering, product, and MLOps teams while mentoring colleagues and developing reusable multi-bank analytical capabilities.

Designs, develops, and manages scalable production data pipelines for banking and transaction data. Responsibilities include data modeling, ingestion, orchestration, quality controls, reconciliation, lineage, feature pipelines, performance optimization, secure deployment, monitoring, recovery, and production support. The role collaborates with ML, backend, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure teams while building reusable frameworks, documentation, and operational procedures for restricted banking environments.

Manage monthly payroll processing and validation, attendance and leave records, full-and-final settlements, HRMS administration, employee lifecycle documentation, statutory compliance, audits, and payroll MIS. Coordinate PF, ESI, NPS, gratuity, consultants, employees, Finance, and authorities. Handle offer generation, compensation analysis, salary negotiations, candidate documentation, onboarding, exits, and related HR operations while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
