The role enables channel partners to sell, design, deploy, and support Extreme Networks solutions while driving adoption of partner programs, portals, AI sales tools, and certifications. It collaborates with sales, engineering, marketing, product, and channel teams, tracks readiness and pipeline metrics, supports partner events, and helps generate partner-led growth.

Lead the design and scaling of Extreme Platform ONE’s performance-monitoring data platform. Build high-throughput Kafka and Numaflow ingestion pipelines, enrich telemetry, and manage storage across ClickHouse, TimescaleDB, and Elasticsearch. Optimize queries, indexing, partitioning, retention, scalability, and reliability while performing capacity planning and load testing. Collaborate with platform, data, QA, and engineering teams; support secure coding, performance testing, CI/CD, documentation, and operational improvements.

Manages service revenue for an assigned territory by quoting and closing maintenance and subscription renewals, upselling services, forecasting revenue, managing pipelines, coordinating with partners, and maintaining accurate service contracts and orders. The role requires inside sales experience, consultative selling, Salesforce proficiency, strong Excel skills, and effective customer communication. Up to 5% travel is required.
