Lead customer-facing technical engagements from discovery and architecture through deployment and production readiness. Design, build, integrate, test, and stabilize production software involving AI, automation, data, networking, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, create operational documentation, identify reusable patterns, and partner with Product teams to address platform gaps.

Lead the design and scaling of Extreme Platform ONE’s performance-monitoring data platform. Build high-throughput Kafka and Numaflow ingestion pipelines, enrich telemetry, and manage storage across ClickHouse, TimescaleDB, and Elasticsearch. Optimize queries, indexing, partitioning, retention, scalability, and reliability while performing capacity planning and load testing. Collaborate with platform, data, QA, and engineering teams; support secure coding, performance testing, CI/CD, documentation, and operational improvements.

Leads the design, development, deployment, and operation of scalable machine learning solutions and high-performance microservices. Builds real-time inference systems using Triton and TensorRT, guides distributed cloud architectures, participates hands-on in coding and reviews, and mentors engineers. Drives technical strategy, operational excellence, system resilience, and business-wide innovation across generative AI, graph machine learning, and big data initiatives.

Individual contributor responsible for validating telecom and data networking products through test strategies, plans, tools, and scripts. The role covers functional, performance, scalability, cloud, microservices, Layer 2/Layer 3 protocol, network security, and network management testing. Responsibilities include topology planning, requirements-to-testcase mapping, defect tracking, debugging, and collaboration with engineering, services, and field teams for customer deployments.

Supports the Brand team in coordinating multimedia projects, including digital artwork, advertisements, presentations, videos, animations, and visual effects. Responsibilities include interpreting briefs, tracking project details and deadlines, updating schedules, preparing status notes, coordinating creative workflows, and ensuring assets meet specifications and brand guidelines. The intern collaborates with team members and clients while developing skills in multimedia production, digital art, and project coordination.

Leads complex technical programs spanning hardware new product introduction, firmware, software releases, cloud platforms, QA, manufacturing, compliance, and product management. Drives scalable product delivery, engineering quality, cloud networking, AI adoption, and innovation in Wi-Fi, private wireless, and cellular convergence.

Individual contributor responsible for designing test strategies and plans, developing automated test frameworks, and validating networking and software products across functional, performance, scalability, and end-to-end scenarios. The role requires network protocol expertise, hands-on automation using Python or related scripting languages, API and web testing, performance testing, debugging, defect tracking, and collaboration with engineering, services, and field teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Leads multiple engineering teams responsible for cloud-native applications, APIs, middleware, and data services supporting a cloud networking platform. Owns architecture, technical strategy, delivery roadmaps, scalability, reliability, security, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Partners with product, platform, security, and customer-facing teams, while managing hiring, organizational development, budgets, vendors, resource planning, and executive communication.

Build scalable end-to-end Generative AI applications using Java, Python, microservices, Angular, and React. Develop backend APIs, distributed workflows, ML model integrations, responsive enterprise interfaces, and cloud-native deployments. Own testing, CI/CD, containerization, performance, security, and fault tolerance. Collaborate with UX, product, ML, and cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers and driving engineering best practices.

Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure, cloud-native software platforms for intelligent networking, distributed data processing, real-time analytics, and AI agent experiences. Design high-volume, low-latency systems; guide software development across the full lifecycle; mentor engineers; and solve complex technical problems involving microservices, network telemetry, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI.

Build and maintain enterprise Workato integrations, custom connectors, APIs, recipes, and automation workflows across Salesforce and other SaaS applications. Develop Python services, integration architectures, event-driven workflows, and AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and embeddings. Troubleshoot integration issues and implement secure, scalable error handling, monitoring, logging, and observability.

Provides full-time technical design, deployment, troubleshooting, and support for customer networking environments in Japan. Acts as technical lead and trusted advisor, resolving Layer 2/3 switching, routing, and SD-WAN issues. Responsibilities include onsite troubleshooting, lab replication, solution validation, vulnerability and bug reporting, customer training, implementation planning, UAT definition, and coordination with sales, engineering, product teams, partners, and global technical support.

Technically lead a sustenance engineering team maintaining and enhancing network automation and orchestration products. Own defect resolution, product enhancements, releases, design, coding, testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution. Collaborate across product, development, QA, support, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and improving automation, code quality, and testing practices.
