Develop backend services and REST APIs with Go, build responsive Flutter/Dart interfaces, and integrate end-to-end applications with cloud-based services. Apply microservices, distributed systems, authentication, testing, CI/CD, Git, code reviews, and Agile practices. Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity. Collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features. Networking knowledge is advantageous.

Leads global internal communications strategy, governance, content, employee engagement programs, events, digital channels, and vendor relationships. Advises executives and stakeholders on business-critical messaging, drives employee understanding and engagement, oversees communications initiatives, and manages and develops a communications team. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution and uses employee feedback and communication metrics to improve effectiveness.

Lead technical strategy for complex UK and Ireland accounts, designing networking solutions across switching, routing, fabric, wireless, SD-WAN, security, and cloud management. Manage RFPs, tenders, proofs of concept, and demonstrations; present to technical and executive stakeholders; develop customer and partner relationships; mentor solutions engineers; and support strategic deal closure. The role requires extensive travel across the UK and Ireland.
