Lead architecture and development of scalable, secure, cloud-native software platforms for intelligent networking, distributed data processing, real-time analytics, and AI agent experiences. Design high-volume, low-latency systems; guide software development across the full lifecycle; mentor engineers; and solve complex technical problems involving microservices, network telemetry, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI.

Provides full-time technical design, deployment, troubleshooting, and support for customer networking environments in Japan. Acts as technical lead and trusted advisor, resolving Layer 2/3 switching, routing, and SD-WAN issues. Responsibilities include onsite troubleshooting, lab replication, solution validation, vulnerability and bug reporting, customer training, implementation planning, UAT definition, and coordination with sales, engineering, product teams, partners, and global technical support.

Technically lead a sustenance engineering team maintaining and enhancing network automation and orchestration products. Own defect resolution, product enhancements, releases, design, coding, testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution. Collaborate across product, development, QA, support, and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and improving automation, code quality, and testing practices. Build and support cloud-native microservices using Java or Golang, containers, Kubernetes, databases, messaging systems, and network protocols.
