Teams at Extreme Networks

Designs, presents, and oversees complex wired and wireless network solutions for sports and entertainment venues. The role supports pre-sales activities, analyzes customer requirements, demonstrates networking products, positions solutions against competitors, troubleshoots live enterprise environments, and collaborates with sales, engineering, support, and product teams. It also involves executive and technical presentations, industry events, customer briefings, and travel of up to 60% within the assigned region.

Leads the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Extreme Networks’ wireless hardware and software portfolio, including access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms. Oversees distributed hardware, firmware, software, and RF engineering teams; manages roadmaps, budgets, vendors, compliance, and executive communications. Drives scalable product delivery, engineering quality, cloud networking, AI adoption, and innovation in Wi-Fi, private wireless, and cellular convergence.

Individual contributor responsible for designing test strategies and plans, developing automated test frameworks, and validating networking and software products across functional, performance, scalability, and end-to-end scenarios. The role requires network protocol expertise, hands-on automation using Python or related scripting languages, API and web testing, performance testing, debugging, defect tracking, and collaboration with engineering, services, and field teams throughout the product lifecycle.
