Develops and supports complex clinical, financial, and patient-data applications. Responsibilities include evaluating business needs, designing models and specifications, customizing packaged software, developing applications, implementing systems, troubleshooting, supporting users, leading projects, and providing technical guidance and training. Supervises daily supply chain logistics operations at a healthcare site, including staff management, scheduling, inventory, receiving, distribution, shipping, courier coordination, and operational problem-solving. Tracks department goals and metrics, supports strategic planning, ensures policy and safety compliance, improves workflows, and provides supply chain guidance and customer service to hospital personnel, vendors, and internal departments.

Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs. Analyzes market research, customer insights, competitive information, and business data to guide recommendations. Advises senior leaders, strengthens brand awareness, supports business development, establishes performance measures, and manages marketing budgets and expenses. The role is remote with onsite availability as needed and requires strong strategic planning, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Develops and implements strategic marketing programs for assigned healthcare specialties. Uses market insights, marketing analysis, and reporting to identify opportunities, support service development, and measure results. Partners with clinical and administrative leaders, coordinates complex initiatives, advises marketing and public relations colleagues, and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role is predominantly remote within Essentia Health’s service area, with onsite travel as needed.

Supervises supply chain and logistics operations supporting inventory needs at an assigned healthcare site. Oversees daily operations, planning, process improvement, task completion, complex problem resolution, staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management. Supports departmental goals, policy updates, and quality standards while providing supply chain guidance to employees, vendors, patients, medical staff, and the public.

Lead design and execution of physician and APP recruitment strategies across the health system. Manage provider recruitment team, partner with clinical and operational leaders, use data and analytics to improve time-to-fill and retention, represent the organization at events, negotiate with vendors, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in provider hiring and onboarding.

Provide therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients, collaborate with primary care teams, and manage mental health treatment plans in a clinic setting.
