Job Description:As a Billing Supervisor YOU will oversee the insurance billing operations for services at Essentia Health.
In this position YOU will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the collections of outstanding accounts receivable insurance balances as assigned.
YOU will ensure compliance of all rules and regulations (including Federal, State, and the Essentia Health organization) to maintain a consistent cash flow in support of the financial goals of Essentia Health.
As the supervisor YOU will monitor key metrics and reports to ensure all activities are being completed by staff timely and accurately.
YOU will conduct quality and productivity reviews of staff members, and is also responsible for organizing, scheduling, and supervising staff to ensure adequate coverage, as well as prompt responses to issues, concerns, and/or complaints.
YOU would posses 2 years of experience.
Education Qualifications:
YOU would have obtained an Associates degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
