Provide application support for BisTrack and Microsoft Dynamics GP: investigate and document support cases, perform root cause analysis, liaise with development and QA, explain accounting processes to customers, manage and communicate case updates, and travel to US user conferences.

Lead AI enablement by partnering with engineering, product, cloud, security, and business teams to design, implement, and govern generative AI/LLM solutions. Produce reference architectures, enablement materials, training, and governance; support architecture reviews, operationalization (DevOps/MLOps), responsible AI, and platform integration while mentoring teams and driving organizational adoption.

Implements technical specifications and writes, reviews, and debugs code following coding standards. Works with Product QA to resolve test issues, contributes to internal training materials, and completes assigned tasks on schedule. Requires basic computer science knowledge and teamwork/problem-solving skills.

Manage and support EDI integrations and trading partner setups, map transactions between EDI and Epicor Kinetic, troubleshoot integration and data issues, and maintain proactive customer communication while collaborating with internal teams to implement and support integrations.

Support the Quality Assurance team by executing test cases, performing regression testing, identifying and documenting defects, verifying fixes, maintaining test artifacts, and collaborating with developers in Agile ceremonies.

Provide phone/email/chat ERP application support: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and document issues across Purchasing, Inventory, WMS, Sales orders, invoicing and integrations. Work with Microsoft SQL, web servers, payment terminals, assist with system setup/configuration, mentor teammates, update knowledge base, and liaise with other departments to resolve escalations.

Create, review, and maintain technical and user documentation for software products. Mentor other content developers, collaborate with product teams and SMEs, prioritize and estimate content work, and ensure timely, accurate content across the software development lifecycle.

The Product Developer designs, develops, and maintains scalable software applications while collaborating with teams, automating tasks, and troubleshooting issues related to cloud transformation.

Hands-on Principal Software Engineer to design and build AI-driven production services for enterprise ERP: prototype to production, cloud platform services, LLM integration, security, multi-tenancy, observability, and architectural leadership while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise applications, services, APIs, and frameworks. Manage full-cycle IT recruitment: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, maintain ATS, prepare job ads, and coordinate hiring processes across departments.

Support testing and QA of Epicor products by building and executing manual test cases, performing coding, migrations, and software updates, documenting code and test results, supporting remote installations, and collaborating with developers to resolve product quality issues.
