Lead and enable Solution Engineers through training, knowledge sharing, and best practices. Advise sales teams and customers, design tailored ERP solutions, support sales initiatives, identify business opportunities, and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to executive clients. Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers on solution strategy, pricing, and cost evaluation.

Leads and mentors a software product development team supporting Epicor’s Identity Platform. Contributes hands-on C# and .NET development, code reviews, technical direction, roadmap execution, cloud infrastructure initiatives, and identity provider integrations. Oversees objectives, prioritization, delivery milestones, performance feedback, troubleshooting, and leadership reporting while collaborating with product management, ERP partners, and customers. Supports migration from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes and delivers secure, scalable authentication and authorization services.

Manage approximately 80 ANZ enterprise accounts, helping Senior Living and Manufacturing customers maximize Epicor software value. Build executive relationships, drive retention, renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities; monitor customer health; conduct business reviews; coordinate escalations; relay feedback to Product and Engineering; and negotiate renewals. The role includes attending customer events across Australia and New Zealand and collaborating with Sales, Support, and Technical teams.
