Sell and renew product licenses by phone and email to meet quota, provide pricing and renewal dates, maintain territory accounts, capture feedback in CRM, forecast sales, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Operations to meet customer needs.

Assist planning, managing, and delivering multiple client-facing Enterprise Content Management implementation projects. Prepare project plans, change requests, and deliverables; track schedule, budget, scope, and issues; participate in customer status calls; coordinate cross-functional teams; support ad hoc assignments and occasional client-site work.

Lead a multi-year global product portfolio and roadmap, prioritize enhancements using data-driven analysis, manage pricing/profitability, run cross-functional and customer advisory meetings, evangelize product externally, and support sales including travel. Partner with Product Development to drive product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution for ERP/SaaS solutions.
