Prepares mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Symbility. Organizes loss documentation, follows partnership invoicing requirements, supports insurance denials and negotiations, and collaborates with mitigation, pre-construction, and project support teams. The role requires accurate, high-volume computer work, strong organization, attention to detail, and participation in team meetings. Prior estimating experience is not required.

Manages the administrative and logistical aspects of insurance claim files. Responsibilities include preparing invoices and estimates, communicating with adjusters, conducting limited negotiations, maintaining documentation in HubSpot, resolving discrepancies, monitoring file progress, escalating stalled claims, and ensuring compliance with company and carrier standards.

Supports Business Development Representatives and Account Managers by maintaining partner relationships, conducting outreach, attending meetings and field visits, supporting marketing and account management, and recording communications in company systems. The apprentice receives mentorship and cross-functional exposure while learning relationship-based sales and marketing, with a structured path to becoming a Business Development Representative within one to two years.
