Respond to inbound leads, visit clients' homes within the service area, assess water damage, propose restoration solutions, follow up with customers, and communicate with internal teams. Build rapport, ask open questions, and close sales using a base-plus-commission compensation structure.

Serve clients through the restoration process by responding to leads, assessing and documenting water/mold/fire damage, proposing solutions, performing mitigation work (extraction, demolition, drying), coordinating project updates, and maintaining equipment and professional appearance. Split time between client-facing sales and hands-on field restoration based on business needs.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will respond to job leads, assess home damage, propose solutions, and maintain communication with clients and team members.
