Conduct consultative sales with homeowners after property damage, assess reconstruction needs, develop scopes, present solutions, manage documentation, navigate insurance processes, and coordinate project handoffs. Serve as the primary homeowner contact while managing multiple active files, prioritizing customer experience, revenue outcomes, and timely project progress in a field-based role.

Prepares mitigation invoices and rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Symbility. Organizes loss documentation, follows partnership invoicing requirements, supports insurance denials and negotiations, and collaborates with mitigation, pre-construction, and project support teams. The role requires accurate, high-volume computer work, strong organization, attention to detail, and participation in team meetings. Prior estimating experience is not required.

Serves as the first point of contact for homeowners affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Responsibilities include answering calls, gathering information, addressing questions, scheduling Damage Consultants, resolving scheduling conflicts, communicating arrival updates, maintaining accurate records, following up on pending items, and handling administrative support tasks.
