Designs and manages the Group’s total rewards and compensation strategy, including salary structures, incentives, benefits, merit programs, payroll budgets, EVP segmentation, and rewards reporting. Partners with leadership, HR teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure market competitiveness, legal compliance, effective payroll administration, and alignment with business goals. Acts as a strategic HR partner to the CHRO on broader projects.

Oversee hotel and resort revenue recording, daily income auditing, balance sheet reconciliation, invoice accuracy, payment tracking, and compliance with financial controls. Review rebates, discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions; reconcile travel agency and corporate accounts; conduct departmental audits; coordinate with operational and finance teams; and maintain physical and electronic invoice records.

Supervise daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, journal reviews, reconciliations, accruals, payables, fixed assets, tax filings, payroll accounting, cash monitoring, audit coordination, ERP financial-module configuration, chart-of-accounts maintenance, and MyData reconciliation. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial records while supporting management reporting and statutory requirements.

Provides executive and administrative support to the CEO in a luxury hospitality environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel, confidential information, communications, reports, events, VIP engagements, and strategic initiatives. The role liaises with senior leaders and external stakeholders while maintaining discretion, professionalism, service excellence, and brand standards.

The F&B Cost Controller monitors and analyzes hotel food, beverage, inventory, procurement, and operational costs. Responsibilities include maintaining cost-control systems, auditing inventories and supplier transactions, verifying invoices, managing stock levels, preparing variance and cost reports, supporting budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with financial controls. The role collaborates with department heads, procurement, hotel managers, and senior management to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Frequent travel to hotel properties may be required.

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, cash flow plans, and variance analyses across a hospitality investment portfolio. Builds financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and project returns, supports investment memos and presentations, and collaborates with operations and senior stakeholders. The role also drives reporting and planning process improvements while monitoring asset and portfolio performance.

Manage daily office operations, procurement, vendor relationships, travel bookings, document and contract administration, expense tracking, inter-department coordination, and support preparation of reports and internal processes to maintain an efficient office environment.

Support HR operations with an emphasis on learning and development: coordinate hiring, onboarding, annual training plans, training delivery and evaluation, maintain training records, support performance reviews and employee engagement, manage staff housing and restaurant operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and generate HR/L&D reports.

Manage payroll-related processes and ensure compliance with ERGANI II and Greek labor law. Administer Digital Work Card synchronization, reconcile timekeeping and attendance, validate overtime and special pay, prepare audit-ready records and reports, and coordinate between hotels, HR, Finance, and payroll providers to ensure accurate salary calculations and statutory submissions.

Support hotel HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee housing and restaurant oversight, recordkeeping, compliance with labor laws, medical scheduling, employee relations, performance review assistance, rewards coordination, and HR reporting.

Prepare and process payroll data, manage HRIS (Pylon, Epsilon, ERGANI, EFKA), ensure legal compliance with labor law and GDPR, maintain employment records, produce payroll reports and forecasts, support recruitment paperwork, and advise supervisors on compensation and employment regulations.

Support daily accounting operations and month-end close, post journal entries (expenses, fixed assets), manage accounts payable, reconcile revenue and suppliers (OPERA-ERP), prepare bank reconciliations, monitor contracts, ensure compliance with Greek accounting standards and myDATA, and improve accounting processes.

Support treasury and accounting operations including implementing treasury procedures, processing payments, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, resolving cash discrepancies, and proposing efficiency improvements to optimize cash flow.

Support income auditors by verifying daily revenue across outlets, performing system reconciliations, preparing reports, monitoring agency payments, resolving billing disputes, reviewing agency account aging and contracts, and assisting training under Income Manager guidance.

Lead and coordinate all MEP engineering for luxury resort developments from concept through commissioning and handover. Review designs and specifications, supervise construction, provide on-site technical support, ensure compliance with Greek regulations, liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities, and collaborate with architects and structural engineers.
